Great pools and awesome staff!

The views from my junior suite were stunning, especially of the walled city. The pool on the 14th floor is adults only and perfect for catching sunsets. Plus, the staff were super friendly—shoutout to Diana and Daniela! One thing tho, the towels felt a bit rough. Still, a solid stay.

We loved our stay with the spacious double room offering breathtaking ocean views and the amazing breakfast spread that kicked off our days perfectly. The infinity pool and the kiddie pool kept our family entertained and relaxed throughout our trip. The only downside was the minor noise from the hallway, but it didn't take away from our wonderful time! 🌊

Staying four nights in a two-bedroom suite offered breathtaking views and a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially with day trip arrangements, and the ambiance of the outdoor terrace during breakfast was stunning. However, check-in was delayed significantly, and the restaurant’s dinner options fell short compared to the vibrant local scene. Additionally, the clogged toilet was promptly fixed, but it disrupted our evening plans.

our stay at hyatt regency was fantastic! we enjoyed our residency suite on the 39th floor with breathtaking views of the sea and bay. the infinity pool on the 14th floor was our favorite spot, especially for sunset. fernanda from the bar was amazing at serving us drinks and snacks, making our afternoons even better. the hotel is located close to a nice beach and a shopping mall.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Regency Cartagena. The hotel has gorgeous decor throughout, and I found the elegant common areas very accessible, making it easy for seniors like me to navigate and relax comfortably.

The dining experience missed the mark with a mediocre hamburger that felt generic and unappealing. Additionally, the elevator system proved to be a bit of a puzzle, requiring multiple stops to navigate from the room to the lobby, which could be inconvenient in high-traffic times.

We had an amazing stay! The oceanview room was stunning, and the three pools were beautiful and super relaxing. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a great variety. I would definitely choose this place again!

We spent 5 unforgettable days here and the service was just top-notch, the staff actually remembered our names, it felt kinda personal you know. The infinity pool was unreal, perfect spot for sunsets, I mean who doesn’t love that, right?

It wasn’t cheap but honestly, worth every penny for the experience we had.
